Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy below.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund. Our support team is available during business hours to assist you quickly and efficiently.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Please note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. This includes specially configured lifts, customized equipment, or specialty-ordered machinery. These items are built specifically to your requirements and are considered final sale.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns for most standard products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Transaction fees (typically 2.9%–5.99%) and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the product:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take clear photos of the damage.
  • Report the issue to us within 5 business days at support@carlifto.shop.

Depending on the situation, we will offer replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a partial refund. Used or installed items are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Times

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times on product pages are based on information from manufacturers and freight carriers. Delays may occur due to supply chain constraints, production backlogs, or seasonal demand fluctuations.

While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, carlifto cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Warranty Coverage

Warranties vary by manufacturer and product. Most of our equipment includes a 1–5 year limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage details can be found on individual product pages or by contacting us directly.

For warranty claims, please email  support@carlifto.com  with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

Return Responsibilities

  • All returned items must be inspected upon arrival.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight unless an error was made by carlifto.
  • Restocking fees may apply (typically around 20%, depending on the manufacturer).
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any order issues promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and additional review. Fraudulent chargebacks are considered a violation of these terms and may be pursued legally. Please contact our support team so we can assist in resolving any matter directly.
